This crystal bracelet is absolutely mesmerizing. The color is just so exquisite. Of course, it is made with only top-quality crystals/stones, as always expected from this reputable shop. Shipping was reasonable and each bracelet arrived in a beautiful gift box with a little card stating the properties/meaning of the crystal/stone. I highly recommend this shop as well as this gorgeous bracelet. Everything I've purchased from this amazing shop has been of superior quality & I have never been disappointed & neither will you! Just gorgeous!!
May I say a few words about this seller: I have to confess that I was a little short in one of my messages & her ( not too proud of that…) HOWEVER, the seller was more than affable, gave me explanations, was more than courteous with me. On top of that, she told me if I wanted to change my mind with my order she would reimburse me… And what she wanted was a satisfied customer…
I believed I answered : « Wow… »
It's not often one deals with a seller that really means « satisfied customers »
Needless to say, after apologizing to her, I did not change my order and she was right, the bracelets are gorgeous ( all my order is great!)
I wanted to relate that « moment » to other clients (not too keen on how I behaved) but on how she responded in a classy way: it speaks volume to me!!
