PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the time order is received. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. Shipping time is applied after the order has been processed. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING [Canada] 

We offer $14.99 Canadian flat rate shipping or FREE shipping for all orders $150+.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING [United States]

We offer $8.99 USD flat rate shipping or FREE shipping for all orders $100+.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Earthly Abundance Jewelry and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

SHIPPING UPGRADES

Shipping upgrades are available at checkout if you would like your order to arrive sooner.

Please note that upgrading to a faster shipping method does not affect processing time.
If you need an order rushed, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to accommodate.

Remote addresses:

Shipping carriers may be adjusted if the selected method is not available for the destination or incurs remote delivery surcharges.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

When the parcel reaches the destination country, it may be subject to customs delays due to standard clearance procedures of the receiving country. This is beyond the control of Earthly Abundance Jewelry and any original shipping time estimates.

DELIVERED PACKAGES

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient. Unfortunately, Earthly Abundance cannot cover lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

If you experience an issue locating your delivery, we are always happy to help guide you through the next steps with the shipping carrier.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse a shipment from Earthly Abundance Jewelry, you are responsible for:

-the original shipping charges,

-any import fees/duties/taxes incurred on the package

-the cost of return shipping back to us.

Refunds can only be issued once the package has been received back at our studio. If the package does not make its way back to us, we will not be able to issue a refund.

GIFTS

If the order is a gift, the cost of the item will still be included on the customs form.  To prevent penalty by law we are required by customs authorities to declare the value of all parcels.
