The bracelet that I first received did not match the pictures in the least bit. I notified the artist and they were more than gracious and kind. They personally picked out a new bracelet for me that matched better the pictures in their add and sent it to me at no extra charge. Their only concern was that I was happy.
The bracelet is beautiful and of excellent quality. I will definitely use this artist again. It is quite evident that their customer service is paramount to them. Thank you Jen for making this a great experience!
