1. Measure Your Wrist: Use a soft measuring tape (or a string and ruler) to measure just below the wrist bone, where you would normally wear a bracelet. Record the exact circumference of your wrist.
2. Add Allowance Based on Bead Size: Depending on the size of the beads in your bracelet, we recommend adding the following length to your wrist measurement to determine your final bracelet size:
4mm beads: add ¼" – ½"
6mm beads: add ½" – ¾"
8mm beads: add ¾" – 1"
This additional space allows the bracelet to move comfortably on your wrist while accounting for the volume of the beads.

This piece is really lovely. The smaller beads are more delicate than the energy bracelets of old from Millennial Childhood. I was delighted they had size options available because I wanted it to wear loose.
