I ordered a smoky quartz bracelet and a carnelian bracelet from her store and few days later, Jen contacted me saying she wants to give carnelian bracelet for free😳!! She said the quality wasn't up to their standards and they don't want to charge me for it. As you can see on my photo, this carnelian bracelet is very beautiful but they do have “high standard” and customer service was beyond my expectations✨.
