When I saw this piece on the EAG Etsy shop, I wondered what were grandidiérite gems. This beautiful blue, green gemstone was first discovered in Madagascar by Alfred Grandidier. I really like the different shades of blue and green on this necklace. The green sometimes almost seems grey, depending on how the light hits the necklace. It's so pretty!
